The role

Our house games are a core part of our brand – and as Product Manager for Original Game Development, you’ll make sure they stay exciting, fast, and fun. In this role, you’ll improve existing games by adding unique features, launch new ones, and explore modern formats such as Player-vs-Player to push our portfolio forward.

Your mission

Build and maintain a clear roadmap for game development and innovation

Improve existing house games by adding unique features and refinements based on player needs

Drive the creation of new games – from concept to launch

Define and validate game mathematics, including probability calculations for RTP

Ensure fast gameplay, engaging animations, and immersive sound effects

Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life

Balance creativity with data-driven insights to maximize player engagement

Communicate game concepts, priorities, and progress across the company

About you

What you bring

Motivation to work hard and take responsibility

Ability to prioritize effectively and stay on top of things

A self-starter mindset and strong sense of ownership

Passion for digital products – a true tech nerd at heart

Interest in iGaming, game mechanics, and player engagement

A good eye for user experience, animations, and sound design

Strong communication skills

Fluency in English (German is a plus, not a must)

Affinity for KPIs and data-driven thinking

Even better if

You have experience in Product or Project Management

You bring a background in iGaming, game development, or SaaS
